Fresh Angst

I finally got to watch S3/07.

*** Spoilery pics under the cut ***

That final scene, it tore at my heart. It's even more heart-wrenching than

7. Dean calling John in 'Home'. "Dad, I don't know what to do."

6. Sam dying himself watching Dean dying.

5. Sam and Dean watching their father being burned at the pyre.

No tears, none *seen* anyway, unlike in this scene.
4. where Dean poured his heart out to Sam. Why he felt that he shouldn't be alive.

Even more moving than
3. John making his final appearance. Omg, the sight of him flickering like the ghost he was, fairly broke me.

2. Dean saying "I'm tired, Sam. The intent to end his own life clear in his voice and expressions.

Oh Dean, you made me cry like a baby when you gave him
*your* baby. No tears, nothing OTT, just you handing over your most prized possession to the person you love most in the world. This, this is the most moving scene for me from the entire episodes from S1 to 3.

What about you? What are your most heart-wrenching, throat-constricting and gut-twisting moments?

Maybe Dean literally kept him a princess ( hence the nickname ) - he did all the work around the house; Sam needn't do any laundry, cooking, much less mess around with the car. Which was why he grew up strong, tall and clever - Dean took really good care of his little brother *wibbles*

Oh Monty, write me a pre-series domestic!Winchesters, pretty, pretty please?

I can buy that theory! Do you know how many people of Sam's age don't have the slightest clue what a carburetor IS? It is the brains of the car - although I think that for a long while now cars no longer are built with carburetors - now that everything's electronic.

Pre-series, you say? Must it be wincest, or may it be gen? And how wee do you want them?

Gen, but with uhm, *delicate* hints of things to come. Pre-slash?

16 and 20?

*bites nails*
