One thing, Castiel didn't find anything when he did his angel-interrogation thing on Samuel. So does that mean Crowley's way, way more powerful than Castiel?

I didn't like plot holes in it. The whole thing with Crowley being KoH - when he got time to become one? And Cas not feeling ther'es a demon in the room? Is it them hinting that Cas is that weak or that he's working with Crowley?
Yes, i'm paranoid, i'm afraid they'll make Cas a traitor.

I noticed how, when Dean said, "Cass, clean him up," Castiel didn't even hesitate, he just healed Sam's wounds. It's interesting, how powerful Crowley is.

I really, really love it that there's someone out there who puts Dean first. Dean deserves it!

I just hope that Castiel won't join the long string of people who has betrayed Dean.

And yeah, I think Crowley's more powerful because he's the king of hell. Cas isn't king of heaven yet. XD

I really hope that Castiel wouldn't turn out to be a traitor ( as someone speculated above ) because that'd be too, too painful :(

Cas said it in a deadpan way, but it was meant as sarcasm. He does want to help Sam and Dean, but he's at war, and the problems of heaven are his first priority.

I'm not sure I understand your question about Castiel and Samuel.

He did say that "certain regrettable things are required of me", or something like that, so my guess is it will put him at odds with Sam and Dean at some point.

I supposed it could be taken as sarcasm, if he was human, but you know, he's an angel, and unless Dean has rubbed off on him, I'll take that at face value lol.

When Castiel put his hand inside of Samuel, he said he didn't find anything there, but we know now that Samuel is in cahoots with Crowley. So I guess Crowley covered his tracts very well there, that Castiel couldn't find any trace of him there?

Being an angel doesn't mean he can't be sarcastic. Uriel and Zachariah have been sarcastic many times. And Cas has been sarcastic before! But again, even though it was said that way, it doesn't mean that Cas doesn't care about the boys. :)

So, Cas checked Samuel and found he had a soul, but didn't find anything about Crowley. We don't know if Crowley owns his soul or what the arrangement is. And he pulled Samuel from heaven, so maybe that changes things, too (though I don't get how he was able to do that).

Yeah, he may suck at joking, but he's pretty good at condescension I think. idk how I'd feel about betrayal either. I think it would depend on whether Cas thought it was for the best. I might be okay with that. Actually I probably will be okay with that, it would just break my heart in the best ways.

The part of me that lives in a fantasy world was hoping so badly that Dean would clean up Sam himself, lol. I managed to find one fic that had a way too brief speck of that scenario. Need to find more! :-D

I got mad at the Campbells for disrespecting Dean's skill as a hunter. Even if Dean's been out for a year, he still had quite a reputation as a bad ass. I remember in Darkside of the Moon when one of the two guys that shot them alluded to not ever wanting a pissed off Dean Winchester after him. In my mind, Dean will always be a legend in the hunter world. :-D

I don't think we've seen any scene in which the boys clean each other up, have we? There was that scene when Dean dislocated his shoulder but I want a proper h/c, peroxide and iodine and stitching and all :)

I wonder how many of the Campbells are "real" Campbells. I still haven't got it fully processed yet, some of them are actually demons, right? Was it because Gwen was "real" that Samuel didn't allow her to join in with the vampire-raid? He wanted to protect her, maybe the way he wanted to protect Dean?

And the one carrot that I could think of, the one that Crowley's probably dangling in front of Samuel, is for Samuel to get back his wife? And young!Mary back?

I'm still confused, too. There was such a huge info dump at the end of the episode that my head is still spinning. I think you're right that there must be more reason for Samuel's working for Crowley. And why would Sam not having a soul make him not sleep if just his body is reanimated? And how did Crowley open up the cage to let Sam's body out when before the cage was so formidable that it took years and all those broken seals to open it for Lucifer?

Yay another Castiel fan! He's the one that made things bearable for me when things got so bad between the brothers. But as I've told another person, I love Castiel because he loves Dean. I'd probably drop him the minute he's no longer with Dean. Probably. Unless he really, really has a valid reason for betraying Dean.

Exactly how i feel about Cas. I'm interested in him because he loves and cares about Dean (and there are not many characters on this show who does that). If there'll be any reason for betrayal i'll be able to see Cas point even if Dean will be pissed and angry. But if they'll write it just to ruin Dean-Cas? No way i'll take it with understanding.
