Title : Home Steady
Author : [livejournal.com profile] jenadamson
Rating: PG-13, for the swearing
Pairing: Jared/Jensen
Summary: Jared buys a house, and Jensen makes it a home.

I love this story to bits, I couldn't stop smiling the whole time I was reading it, and I kept glancing at the scroll bar by the side, wishing that the story would go on and on. Well-written and so very convincing, her characterizations are Perfect; Jared is so Jared and Jensen is so very Jensen. A definite keeper, this is a must-read for every J2-shipper.

Purple colors the sky. The air is moist, lukewarm, and Jensen stands on the deck, his tie and jacket gone, shirtsleeves rolled up showing forearms tanned from his last trip to LA. Jared watches him for a moment from behind the glass, two Heinekens in his left hand, as Jensen's eyes follow the sinking sun.

He pushes open the sliding door, steps outside. Jensen wordlessly accepts a bottle with a small nod, taking a long sip. Jared watches his Adam's apple bob in his throat. He tips his beer up, letting the smooth taste flood his throat. And when Jensen's shoulder bumps his, he smiles, tilting his head down to rest it against the warm crown of Jensen's head.

They stand there, quietly, drinking their beer and watching the sun dip down past the horizon.

A schmoopily adorable love written by [livejournal.com profile] memphis86.

Five Kisses Jared and Jensen Never Talked About Before.

Jared and Jensen grew up together, they go to school together, they do everything together, they tell each other everything. They're Best Friends Forever. And Jensen just has to go and fall in love with his best friend. And that's the one thing that he could never tell Jared. Unless Jared falls in love with him, too. Unfortunately, Jared is, as per usual, completely clueless. Despite him being the one that actually kissed Jensen first.

The first one is on the playground, they're only about four. According to Mrs. Padalecki, Jared is going through "a phase" and plants one on everybody's cheek. But Jensen turns at the wrong moment and gets a big wet one on his mouth and he grabs Jared in a headlock and doesn't forgive him until he eats a handful of sand.

One of the best RPS ever.

Title: The Jared Padalecki Untitled Project ( completed )
Author: [livejournal.com profile] esohpe
Pairing: JA/JP
Rating: PG to NC17

Summary : It's 2 years after Jared left 'Supernatural' and he and Jensen are not talking to each other. While Jared has gone on to become an A-lister, Jensen just gets by. Then Jensen gets an offer to co-star in Jared's new blockbuster, an offer he can't refuse since he needs the money, badly.

A stunning story brilliantly written, it kept me up all night with tension and drama unfolding in every chapter. A tale of love lost and found, of stubborness and pride. Heart-wrenching, gut-clenching, chest-tightening; all three at the same time. Brilliant.

These photos are familiar in a way which hurts: Sam and Dean, Dean and Sam, the impala and shotguns and long, shining knives. There are several of Jared in Sam’s clothes, grinning and goofing off and pouting. There’s one of Jensen with his mouth wide, snapping at the falling snow, and he can remember the freezing cold bite of that day - early morning, a few weeks before Christmas - like it was yesterday, not years ago.

There’s only one candid shot of them together. Sitting side-by-side in their director’s chairs and Jared’s whole body is turned to face Jensen, script in his hands, smile on his face, and Jensen’s got his hand curled at his mouth, Dean’s thick band of silver on his finger, and he’s looking at Jared like he’s the whole goddamn world. Jensen can’t remember it. He thinks it must have been late first or early second season, judging by Jared’s hair, and the day was warm enough for him to sit in just a t-shirt, but that’s about it. Too many times they had sat like that, their knees nearly touching, and he had listened to Jared speak, watched Jared laugh, thought about just how lucky a guy could get. They aren’t pinpricks of memory anymore so much as a collective warm impression, and Jensen can’t remember this particular moment, try as he might.
