What an awesome, awesome episode that was, and yes, Oselle, it's as good as any fanfic if not better, and never thought that I'd say this, but it's better than some of the best episodes from seasons 1 and 2, too. Managed to download it before I went off to Inlawsville, but unfortunately I couldn't squee with anybody since I wasn't online.

The husband loves it, too. He cracked me up when he said this to the kids after one wisecrack too many - "Show me some respect", complete with Castiel-like expressions and all lol.

But seriously, it rocked right from the word go. There was absolutely nothing that I didn't like about it. From Dean sleeping on the floor with little brother on the couch, to Victor and Meg ( OMG! ) and Ron and the twins, Sam's encounter with Ruby - they smite first and ask questions later - Sam driving with Dean sleeping, BOBBY!! and of course ... Castiel ... the unknown entity, the angel with the dark edge, I so much prefer this angel to Michael Landon.

Meg. I wouldn't have recognized her if I hadn't seen a cap of her from 'Ghost Whisperer'. And what she said about her little sister? Totally heart-wrenching. Superb acting from Nicki Aycox.
