High school fic recs

raina_art. J2, AU. This one already has been rec'd everywhere, but I cannnot not rec it, too!
I can't even begin to tell you how much I love this fic. For those of you who knowdeleerium, this high school fic is right up there with Football, *that* classic Orlijah-in-high-school which I love to bits.
They're similar in way, and yet totally different that you stop comparing once you get into the groove. Jared's a jock, the most popular kid in school, he plays basketball to Orli's football. Jensen is his best friend, but unlike Elijah who's a transfer from another school, Jensen and Jared are childhood buddies, with Jensen as, well, not exactly the school nerd, but he's certainly not among the popular crowd, with Jared looking out for him. Then's there's the prerequisite cheerleader girlfriend, but while Buffy knows Orli for what he is, Sandy has no idea about Jared. Well, Jared doesn't know about himself, and Jensen quietly suffers when his best friend has a new girlfriend, trying his best not to be the third wheel. Oh the angst!

And speaking of high school, I'm highly rec'ing Another Chapter bysinuous_curve. Read it if you hadn't already. Sam/Dean - Sam is 16 and a junior, Dean is 20 and still a senior. I love this fic so very much, and oh, what I wouldn't give for it to be Kripke'd! Again, another mustmustmust read!
