Lost.
The episode last week was awesome. Richard and all those Spanish ( God, I love that language ) and his Isabella looking a lot like Salma Hayek and the diablo, yes, I really thought that we were finally getting It, the answers to the rigamore that is Lost seasons 1 to 6 but nooooo, they had to give us more questions with that last episode which is nothing new of course since this is Lost we're talking about but aargh, it's so frustrating.

Pissed-off!Sun was a sight to behold. I'm so used to see her calm and zen-like that seeing her angry was a bit, well, not off-putting exactly but strange ... And also, it was like watching an episode of Korean soap. Winter Sonata anyone? :))

And blank-faced Sayid made me so sad ...

The Amazing Race : Seychelles
I'm kind of amazed that quite a number of people didn't seem to know where Seychelles was. Love that episode and Dan&Jordan continued to be extremely entertaining. I hope they'll be around right to the end. And the trailer for next week's episode made me squee like anything because they're going to *drum rolls* ... my country! They're going to do this and that takes lots and lots of training and I'm expecting temper to fly right, left and center ::GLEE::

Do, do watch it if you can!

Hubby loves the show, so I'll try to make sure I watch with him. Damn, that looks hard! :)

Yay!!! The show usually goes to small towns though, and almost never to the tourisy spots, sometimes showing the unsavoury parts of a country that conventional tourists don't get to see ( which is one of the reasons why I love that show so much! ). Hopefully I won't be too embarrased by my fellow countrypeople lol.

At the moment there're 5 teams left which is good. The show might be a little frenetic for some people when there're still a lot of teams around. The current teams are made up of father/daughter, two brother/brother teams, a dating couple and a gay girl couple ( one of them sounds exactly like Ellen Degeneres! ).

She looks like her too. (Assuming you meant the blonde one. :D)

Is it just me, or are the teams somewhat 'meh' this time around? I do like the father/daughter team, the cowboys are okay, and the Miss USA team amuses me sometimes ("It's pretty anonymous." HAH!) but there's no one I'm actively rooting for or against. Although I wouldn't mind if the lesbians or the detectives go.

Yes, the blonde one. She's Ellen's doppelganger!

The teams started out as meh for me too but they grew on me, esp the lembut brothers, they're so funny! The cowboys shocked me when they threw the map at Phil, and I hated it when the detectives u-turned Joe and Heidi.

We called Brent "robot!Brent", his expresionless face is priceless! And yeah, anonymous ftw, and oh Phil's face when he said that lolol.

I've only just found out that the father used to be a professional baseball player, no wonder he's so athletic!

Eeeee, I can't wait for the Penang leg! I think it's in Penang, because where else can you have chingay?

I know, right? Emo tak pasal2. And yeah, I suppose the lembut brothers (I really can't tell which is the gay one!) are pretty okay too. I worry they'll end up like Sam and Dan, soooo bitchy. LOL

And yes, that is in Penang! They haven't had a leg in Malaysia in forever! I think the last one was the All-Star one, right? When they had to collect old newspapers?

Yes, the one with Mirna and her cousin I think? And omg I saw someone commenting at one of the TAR forums that keeping all those old newspapers was a fire hazard. I didn't realize until then that it was a very Malaysian thing to do! Yep, my pile of The Star at home is sky-high already lol.

I kind of expect Dan and Jordan to be bitchy, unlike Sam and Dean because you know, they were more manly and stuff, if you know what I mean.

I wonder whether Steve and Allie would get their backpacks back.
