So. SPN!Lucifer was Jacob in Lost. And Lost!Michael guest-starred in CSI:NY 6.19. Then I discovered that SPN!Kali was an FBI Agent in V 1.08. And it looked a lot like a Survivor tribal merge on Lost 6.13, with the evil John Locke as the equally evil Russell. All in one night! The mind boggled! And I'm beginning to sound like that AXN Asia spiel!

Kick Ass the movie was seriously awesome. I believe there's some controversy surrounding that movie so I'm not quite sure whether it's politically correct to say that I love it? I only read one local review on it and that person certainly loved it!

There's just something seriously creepy about Nick Cage calling his 11-year-old girl "baby-doll" ( not in that way of course ) and to have it rated 18 when there's a cute-faced, afore-mentioned 11-yr-old spewing profanities while wielding guns and knives. But yes, I totally loved it and I totally didn't expect to enjoy it as I was expecting something along the line of, uhm, maybe Dragon Ball? I didn't recognize any of the actors for one thing, except Nicholas Cage and that was enough to convince hubby that we MUST watch that movie, he's such a fan. But he agreed to watch My Bloody Valentine with me, so.

Anyway, I squeed a little when I saw that Brad Pitt was one of the producers and the story got to me right from the very start! I'm totally expecting a sequel soon. And by soon I hope while the girl who played Mindy was still as cute as that! Though you know, I wouldn't want my 8-year-old to get any ideas from Hit Girl!

And yesterday, I watched SPN!Lucifer as a bad guy at one of the episodes of the new Knight Rider. :D

I've never heard of Mark Pellegrino before and now it seems that he's everywhere!

Well, he was in Dexter Season 1, played as the husband of a character played by Dean's Layla. :D

Oh last night, I watched Alona Tal as one of the ghosts at "Ghost Whisperer".

Was wondering if I should just download Kick Ass since our board of censorship is so very "efficient". :|

Kak Lin, we should def. come together to go watch The Losers, man. It'll be legendary. :D

You should watch Kick Ass on the big screen! Surprisingly, a lot managed to get through. Ha, they have to ban the whole film if they censored the F-words, it was littered with it!

I've only just realized that JDM was in The Losers *facepalm*

Remember the days when Daredevil was banned because of the title? Or when Hellboy became Super Sapiens? Or when KRU's tour was banned because they called it the KRUmania tour?

Heh, the censorship board has definitely let up a lot! :D

Hit Girl totally stole the show, don't you think? She was the most awesome character I've seen in ages. Also love the pokes at most of the superhero tropes nowadays. I went into this movie not knowing a single thing about it, and now I'm bugging the hubby to make sure he gets the DVD the moment it's out! Cos I reeeeaallly wanna watch it again.

Also, go watch The Losers! You can watch JDM kick ass! And call Chris Evans Jensen! :D

I think they must have different shifts over at the board or something, or maybe a new boss? Or else they really enjoyed it when they were doing the censoring thing lol.

I hope there'll be a sequel soon. And you know, it's good to have the boy as the sidekick to the girl for a change. And I want the DVD tooooo! Though I have to censor the tissue scenes from my kids, that more than the last part I think hehe.

I wonder whether JDM still keeps in touch with the boys. They must have a good laugh over that if they did. Hopefully the movie will still be around next weekend. I want to watch it!

I'm pretty sure the movie will still be showing, since it premiered just last Thursday. But then again, Iron Man is premiering this Thursday so who knows.

The Losers is probably not as insanely awesome as Kick Ass, but it's still pretty entertaining!

I love Nick Cage but I'll just wait on TV. I'm so lazy to go now. :D

He was very good in it! Slightly creepy but good! I wish you'll go see it at the cinema. The special effects are quite something else, and you need to see Hit Girl doing her stuff on the big screen!

Still in Bali or are you back?

Still in Bali and right now I'm listening to welcoming speeches. :P Wish this were a SPN con and J2 will come up the stage any time. Heheh.

Totally. A deputy minister is talking and I don't understand at all why people are laughing at what he's saying. *gags*

Hm, funny, that movie has sparked things over censorship etc. But the majority of people seem to LOVE it.

Personally, it sounds and looks stupid to me...but I'm sure when I see it I'll like it enough. :P

That was what I thought at first, too. I thought it sounded stupid and B-ish and if not for my husband insisting on watching it, I wouldn't have seen it! I was bracing myself to be bored by it but surprise surprise, it was extremely entertaining!
