The posters are funny. Though I do hope that Shannon got her Missy back, and she got back at David the douchebag.

I think it's made up. While there're probably people like David, I can't imagine people like Shannon taking it like that, unless, well, she really knows David. You know how people who know each other well, you can say things to your good friends that you won't dare to say to a mere acquaintance.

I laughed out loud when I first read that even though that David was being a total dick, and mean! But I thought the overall tone implied an exchange between two people at work who knew each other well, maybe not buddy-buddy ( because I can't imagine a you-can-cry-on-my-shoulder friend to say that! ) but well enough for David to say what he said.

I hesitated about linking it at first. I got it from my brother-in-law, and his wife loved it. She lost her cat a few years back and was heartbroken over it, so if she could take the joke, I guess it was alright!
