EXACTLY!!! And the way the blanket on the empty side of Sammy's bed had been mussed up, the pillow! And we know for sure that young Dean slept on the same bed with little Sammy whenever he couldn't sleep ( it's canon, John said so! ) and Dean couldn't sleep that night waiting for "John's" call so ... :DD
