Jon is actually a Targaryen I have a theory that Jon is son of that Targaryen prince (Rhaegar? Daenerys' father) and Eddard's sister (Lysenne?). Common theory but so far not confirmed. So yeah, cousins for sure.
And I'm almost done reading Dance with Dragons. I think the best so far. *grin*
