Do give it a try even if it's not from your fandom. You can always give them different names which is what I sometimes do with fics that I like whose characters are unfortunately not my OTP(s).

I knew I've seen him somewhere but I couldn't put where! Yeah, it has been a long time since I last Saw 'Dead Poet Society'. Must make it a point to watch it again. And I haven't seen 'Swing Kids'.
