claudia603 and surgicalsteel, I don't know how much of the movie adaptation is similar to the book but the pace picked up when Miles and Jack were duped by that bogus boar hunter. That was pretty priceless. And oh, I kept on thinking that these two just had to declare their love for each other, especially when Jack said he wouldn't go through with the wedding unless Jack agreed to be his bestman. And if I were the doctor at the ER I would have thought something fishy was going on the way Jack kept coming back with all those injuries LOL.
I must see the movie now. I wonder where Sandra Oh fit in all these. Neither book-Terra nor book-Maya sounded Oriental at all!
Next book - 'Eldest'. That's the sequel to 'Eragon'. And yes, Roran is baaack ... But oh God, I wish I can keep those images of the Vardens in their 70s costumes out of my head :/
Now where are those fics that I'm planning to read tonight.
