My husband would say some of the most unexpected things sometimes. Like the other day, when he, out of the blue, said that if Dean were a car, he would be this Jeep or Landrover and Sam would be a VW Beetle. I was like, What the. Because firstly it's kind of wierd to have your husband thinking of the two guys as cars, and secondly, well, it's just wierd that he's thinking of them at all! Those two are, like in my head all the time so it freaked me out a little that he's thinking of them, too. Hopefully not all the time, though. Eeeps. That would be seven kind of wierd.

Anyway, it's quite funny and I rather think it's spot-on in a way. What do you think?

Ummm... I still associate Dean with the Impala all the time so it's difficult to think of him as anything else.... But a VW? Okay, that's pretty funny! *g*

Hmmm, If Dean were a Jeep, it would be one of the older more rugged looking models, not one of those new fancy smooth looking ones. IMO

Sam as a VW Bug... *snorts How could he possibly fit into one of those, much less be one??? hehehehehe. I had a friend the same height as Jared and he had to cram himself into a LeMans one time. LOL Dude had to use his toes on the accelerator and brake and had to sit on the ground in order to pull himself out.

LOL Sam would never ever fit in a VW. But I'm having this crazy idea running in my head that it was Dean himself who turned Sam into the Beetle, so now he is the bigger one. Heh, someone should write a crack!fic on this :DD

Ooh, I have to agree about Dean. He would definitely be a more rugged looking one... Like maybe this one:

And, I have to say I think he would be a Jeep, rather than a Land Rover. Land Rovers are for rich women who think they're rugged because their parents liked to go camping, but never leave the city themselves. At least, that's what I think.

A good point, I must give you that. Still, I think he innately IS a Jeep. I think he'd rather have truly rugged girls who are necessarily afraid to get a little dirty (however you choose to interpret that).

This is adorably funny. But no, Sam would not fit inside a VW. Still, the thought is cute! Dean would be an older-style Landrover when they were workhorse vehicles, not yuppy things.

But hon, Sam wouldn't be driving the VW ( omg that would be too, too hilarious, he might be able to get in, but he wouldn't be able to get out ), he would be the VW. Heheh, it's the Puli pup all over again, and wouldn't Landrover!Dean love to be bigger than his baby brother for once. I can imagine the LD lording it over the tiny VW honking and rumbling away while little VW would be squeaking and bitching while trying to catch up.

Nope, I think Dean has to drive something large, loud, fast, and very shiny. Jeeps just don't fit that description. Unless of course he started hunting demons in Africa, then he would need the Land Rover. ;-)

Since Sam wouldn't fit in a VW Beetle, I think he'd drive something larger but it would be a hybrid so Sam can feel all educated and responsible for the environment and all that. ;-)

Yes, that sounds very much like Sam! Hmmm, I wonder what cars Jared and Jensen are driving in RL, do you have any idea? In most of the J2 fics that I read, they said that Jared drives a truck but didn't say what and no one ever mention anything about the type of car that Jensen drives.

I read that he drives a type of SUV but I cannot remember exactly what kind at all. :-(
