I hated the first chapter, because Sam with a girl felt completely wrong, even though I knew that was Dean. But Sam didn't! But the second and third chapter killed me ded. Omg, when Sam "raped" Dean. NOw I have to go read that part again omg I'm such a perv.

Sam with a girl did feel completley wrong but by the end of the first chapter to me Karen was Dean, in so many ways. But fucking hell, the last two chapters ripped out my heart and stamped on it a few dozen times. I didn't think it would be possible for them to heal, especially afer the rape, but she did it masterfully. I must admit I cried, properly, not just tearing up at a few points in the fic.

Thank you for the link. I need something to get me out of the headspace I am still in from Res Gestae and love and angst sound like just the ticket.

I had to read them too last night. I didn't finish Res Gestae until gone 1:30am but needed the schmoop to help heal my heart and be assured that the boys were ok. I loved them all going to get glasses together. And seeing Dean get children to love and care for. *happy sigh*

Have just finished reading the Homeless Jensen story, or the last chapter posted at least. And now, of course, I am all impatient and want new ones! I love it. You were so right - full of love and hope and beauty.

Thank you, darling Annwyn. I dreamt about this last night. You were a photographer and it was at a photoshoot, and you were trying to take photos of them separately, and you kept telling Jensen to move further and further away from Jared. I woke at 5 am and couldn't sleep after that! :))

Jensen's tininess relative to Jared is exaggerated by the fact that he can't even stand up straight! And Jared seems so sloshed that he's leaning on Jensen to stay upright, thereby making Jensen even tinier, and they both look like they're about to topple over into a great big drunk J2 pile right there on CW's red (green?) carpet. And what a shame that didn't happen! Talk about a photo op!
