sinuous_curve on your flist, she wrote a time-stamp ficlet for the Off-Center verse here, set about 2 years into the future. And if you haven't read that verse yet, do go and read!
Off Center verse, a hauntingly beautiful gender!swap Sam/Dean story, and I don't usually do gender!swaps, they're too close to het for my comfort but I lovelovelove this one! Dean is a girl in this story, yes, but the author wrote it in such a way that Dean is essentially still Dean, a man, not a girl
