Is it just my imagination but are Paula and Simon getting more and more chummy each week? Almost lovey-dovey even. Even their bickerings don't seem to have the usual bite. I like!

I'm still waiting for Paula's Ditzy Twin to show up. She's been remarkably, er, stable this season, so far. ;)

Alas, I see no potential David Cook's in this year's offerings. *sigh*

Yes! Paula's very sober, well, relatively sober this season. Scripted probably.

That purple-haired girl was quite a powerhouse I think, but a bit too Kelly Clarkson. Not that I don't like Clarkson, but you know, not much originality.

Yeah, I wondered about that, too. Her face even looks a bit like Clarkson's. But maybe she'll prove to have her own sound. I hope so, anyway.
