I've quite forgotten that I have that movie until kishuku sent me that postcard-flyer of it ( thanks Jen! ). So, I saw it but unfortunately I wasn't impressed much. Oh JDM himself was awesome, I love him in it, it's just that the movie itself that didn't get to me the way 'PS I Love You' grabbed at me right from the very first minute. Maybe it was Uma Thurman's character, I didn't feel for her at all, in fact I found Emma quite irritating! Colin Firth was kind of bland, which was rather a disappointment since I'm a fan.

But JDM!!!!

He played football!! What's not to love about that? *squees*




And he looked extremely dashing wearing that kurta!


Complete with the bindi, too!Heh, I was half-expecting him to do the Bollywood dance there. Too bad he didn't.


Tomorrow - Grey's Anatomy rerun with JDM in it, yay!

I loved JDM on Grey's, though I haven't seen him in the most recent season. How could anyone not like Denny?

I'm glad JDM is getting so many movie roles, but I wish he'd been able to find as much time for SPN as for Grey's. But now that I think about it, he's probably based in L.A., so it would be a lot easier to spend a couple of days shooting scenes there than flying to Vancouver. It would have been interesting to have some flashbacks with John in them, though what they did with After School Special was clever. And John's absence was very much a part of A Very Supernatural Christmas, without seeing him for even one frame of it. Clever writers!

I haven't seen Grey's Anatomy at all, with or without JDM! So I'm very happy that they're airing the re-runs.

Oh I know exactly what you mean there. John's absence pretty much defines his role in his sons' lives. Sad but true :/

I don't like the way JDM acted in the movie. I don't know; it's the movie that's too trivial or he just didn't like being there.

JDM was the one who saved the movie for me, I watched it solely because of him. And Colin Firth too of course, but I didn't like his character in the movie.

And it occured to me, while watching that movie, Colin Firth almost always never got his women!

I would probably like it better if I didn't watch PS I Love You first. As it is, I kept comparing it to PS, how I love Hilary Swank, Gerard Butler and all the rest of the other characters. PS really made me sit up!

But yeah, seeing JDM playing soccer and wearing that Indian get-up was a very pleasant surprise!!

I hated the actress (not a fan) and the story was bleeeeeeh. Only good part was the steamy, hot elevator scene ♥. I think I saw that scene twice =P Love such sudden can't-resist-anymore-must-kiss scenes *sighs*

Oh, and his character is oh so yummy...it goes without saying that JDM is drool-worthy =P~~~
