Any fans of Anderson Cooper here?

I was switching channels the other day when I saw this CNN guy being interviewed by Oprah. The interview was very interesting and Oprah showed some clips of him covering stories in Somalia and in war-torn Bosnia. We dont subscribe to CNN and I was wondering why that guy looked so familiar. That was when I suddenly remembered - 'The Mole'! Anderson Cooper used to be the host of that reality show, now no longer showing. Pity, I loved that show ( and its host ;D ).



And I love Oprah when she said that she watched CNN because of Cooper. Wtg Oprah!

Gotta get hubby to subscribe to CNN

Speaking of Oprah, I still couldn't believe that I missed her prime time show last weekend when she interviewed Heath and Jake. I was like, banging my head the next day. And there was no repeat too. Guh.

The new season of Lost started last night. Oooh, it was soooo good. Kate rocks!

And Survivor Exile Island will start this Friday.

I love Anderson Cooper. He's awesome. His coverage of Katrina was amazing. And if it's the Oprah I saw with him he was acutally talking about the problems in Niger...which he heard about when he was on vacation in Rwanda (he's an odd fellow)...

Yeah, he seems to be rather a quirky guy, but in an endearing sort of way. And the way he said to Oprah those are sniper shots, very calmly too when those shots sounded like they were only a few feet from him!

I <3 Mr Cooper. He's a great writer too (available on CNN.com). Please do subscribe the news channels. You gotta love Larry King, Suze Orman, Jay Leno etc!

Oooh you saw the interview!!! I was so caught up with that award thing on TV3 followed by The Apprentice *(((( Randall ))))* that I completely forgot about it. Darn.

We had CNN before, until Astro started breaking up the channels into those packages. I miss Jay Leno most of all. And Conan O'Brien too.
