House season 6 started off awesomely. It wasn't what I expected though. At all. Thank God for Wilson.

At first I thought I had downloaded the wrong show or something because WHERE IS EVERYBODY??!!??

But it was amazing and I love it. And Franka Potente! And was it just me but did Dr Beasly look a bit like Amber? I have no idea where the show is going but I'm loving every minute of it ( so far ). I miss the rest of doctors though - Cameron and Chase and Thirteen, Foreman and Taub and yes, even Cuddy. But I'm so happy that RSL is still there.

And The Amazing Race season 15 premiers tonight. Thank goodness for at least one show which I don't have to ( painstakingly ) download to be able to squee with the rest of the fans as the show airs. Not that there're many to squee with on my LJ ( maybe three? ) and yeah, I wish there're more of you ( Janet? Shinta and Dian? Suzy maybe? *pokes* ). Because it's just not the same to squee with strangers at the comms. And also, I tend to have this absurd worry that the people there might check out my LJ if I made a post there ( or any non-spn/lotr/faculty comm for that matter ), and run off screaming. Heh.

But yeah, I wish more on my flist would watch The Amazing Race!

Wilson appeared only for a very short while. House called him up to get him out of the psy hospital but Wilson refused. But at least he was there and he was credited right after House. The whole 2-hour premier was about House's stay at the hospital, the rest of the cast was made up of the psychiatrists there along with the other patients. It was AMAZING, Kati.

House was discharged at the end and I have no idea what's going to happen next. But the head of the psy dept did say something about helping House get his license back. I'm guessing that there still won't be any of the old gang around come next ep!

By the way, did you catch the Supernatural promos on AXN? They're gonna start airing season 4 next week. When did they show season 3?

A House movie was exactly what it was! And yeah, I screamed out loud when that superhero wannabe jumped off the building. Btw, why don't we have that flying thing at our funfairs here?

They never did show season 3. TV3 aired a few eps over its usual Sunday slot but I don't they made it beyond a couple of eps. I wonder why they skipped one whole season. Probably trying to catch up with the current season maybe.

So, did you watch TAR? Awesome, wasn't it? I'm rooting for Sam and Dean ( but of course ), Brian and Erika, and maybe that football-playing dating couple, I didn't quite catch their names, Cheyyne and somebody?

And I think it's so cute when Phil called the brothers Samuel and Daniel :D ( Hee hee, I was hoping for a Sam and Dean )

It's going to be odd for viewers who don't download the show to immediately go to season 4 without watching season 3, but i suppose it's not really necessary.

Oh yes, I did watch it! I also managed to successfully get my mom and hubby to call Sam and Dan as Sam and Dean. :D And yep, I'm so rooting for them! I was actually worried that they might be the first team eliminated, so I'm pretty glad that the yoga teachers are gone. I hated that guy during his interview at the start.

I wanted to like the poker players, but they look like they're gonna suck. I kinda wanna root for Justin and Zev, and the Globetrotters. Megan and Cheyne look like they'll be a strong team. I think Cheyne looks like a boyband member. :D

Oh, this season looks like it's going to be awesome! *cackles with glee*

I watch The Amazing Race! I missed the first 45 minutes tonight, but caught the rest. People lying right out of the gate -- dumb. But it was very fun.

A couple got eliminated right at the start before the race even started so that was a bit of a bummer. Poor them. But otherwise, yes, it was really a fun episode. Heheh, that Japanese game show and the teams having to drag a whole group of people - FUN!!

Any idea whether Franka Potente will be appearing again? That felt almost like a House/Bourne crossover :DD

I enjoyed this episode of House more than any of the last season. It was so moving to see him struggling with his burdens and to actually make a little breakthrough was wonderful

Hugh Laurie is such an amazing actor, isn't he? He so deserved that Emmy he got a few years back, and I'm thinking that he deserves one for this as well.

Heheh, remember SPN's 'Monster at the End of the Book'? I laughed out loud when that lady publisher took a dig at House. At least I thought she was talking about House when she said "everyone wants to read about sexy doctor MD" as she was lamenting that no one was reading the Supernatural series!

The first two House episodes are beyond amazing! I really want Lydia to make another appearance on the show. I thought she and House have some chemistry. Also, my brother and I were thinking the same thing about Dr. Beasly looking so much like Amber. :)

My kid even said that she was Amber! And yeah, House and Lydia really had a lot of chemistry together ( second to House/Wilson of course heheh ). I'm sad that House didn't call Wilson to come and fetch him when he was discharged. I was fully expecting to see Wilson's Volvo and I felt like crying when House boarded the bus :/ I guess House was upset when Wilson refused to help him the first time House asked him to do that thing.

First time I downloaded House from the internet. The past seasons I waited for the networks to air it but this time I couldn't wait to see what happened to House at the hospital. Bonus - we got to see parts which would otherwise be censored on our local TV!

\o/ yay, another TAR fan!! How long have you been watching it? I started at season 4 and have been addicted to it since then.

And you know what, I thought I heard Sam called Dan "Dean" more than once heheh.

I was actually hoping that the lawyer guy and his girl would be the one eliminated but the zen couple was kinda annoyingly borderline righteous, too. And now I feel like going to a Japanese restaurant and try a wasabi, see whether it's as hot as it seemed to be.

Oh. I like TAM a lot. But I tend to miss it for some strange reason. See it when I can though. But I'm watching oldies. Season 15! Wow. That's quite a lot. I was glad they won Emmy for best reality show again. :)

House season 5 is good, I love it. I know quite a number of people who didn't like it but me love! It's season 4 that I didn't quite follow. Wilson with a girlfriend broke my heart :/

I didn't see the second hour of the show because Gossip Girl was on and sister wanted to watch it (I did, too). I do know that he was released from the mental hospital, though (it is a mental asylum, right?)

I, too, had that whole "Am I watching the wrong show? =|" But sis pointed out the viewers rating on the side and then she left the room (she's not done with last season. Got a few episodes left till she's done).

I skimmed through your replies and saw something that I was wondering about, as well: how come we don't have that cool flying game? =|
