The Women of SPN Poll Part 3

Season 3 has quite a number of women which I really like, and ironically two of them made me *this* close to quitting SPN altogether when it was first announced that they would be series regulars!

Note : I've included the two women I've forgotten from Seasons 1 and 2 here.

The only female character that I ever hated - and I mean hated with passion - on this show was Bela. There are several that I liked (like Ruby 1.0 or Missouri) but mostly, I'm indifferent to them, just like to the male characters.

The show is really about the boys, yeah? I love the first Ruby. I really started liking her in Jus In Bello, and I thought she kicked ass in No Rest for The Wicked. It's sad to see that character making a 180 ( to me ) in season 4 :/

I didn't mind it at all. Genevieve Cortese was a good Ruby, IMHO. I mean, Ruby figured out that her S3 persona couldn't make Sam do what she needed, so she turned 180 and went "good" - and look how it ended? She got Sam to do exactly what she wanted. Quite clever.

But you know, the old Ruby was ready to die in Jus In Belo. Was that just an act? Or did she think that she wasn't needed in the general scheme of the apocalypse, that the only important thing was for the brothers to get out of that mess alive? Or did Kripke played around with the script as he went along?

I think they originally meant Ruby's talk to Dean about she kept her humanity and doesn't understand way, and later changed things in season 4 when fan response to Ruby was so bad

They really seemed like two different persons ( or demons ) to me ...

I'm generally pretty positive on all characters, but I have to say, I've hated Bela from the first time she opened her mouth. She just annoyed the hell out of me.
