They are undoubtedly two of the most adorable people to ever grace this planet. How freaking cute that Jensen stepped in the second Jared made noises that he didn't know how to auction it off. I didn't think I could love Jensen any more than I already do, and then he just goes and makes me anyway, by being so dang sweet, and having Jared's back in a rare awkward moment. *happy, happy sigh*

i totally adore those few bits of hair that totally got missed by the hair gel/non-spiked that's falling into his face. it's adorable.

also... is he wearing a necklace?! cuz it looks like it... and my j2 ever loving heart and brain will just imagine that jared gave it to him to put his future wedding ring on, that jensen has no clue about yet, so it'll always be close to his heart even if he can't wear it out in public... Awwww, how sweet! They're so adorable together, and it's wonderful that they support each other the way they do. Gads it almost got me crying, that expression on Jared's face at the end. I don't think I've ever seen his emotional side displayed so clearly. Makes me want to write a hurt!Jared fic, lol.

It's like role-reversal with Jensen stepping in to save Jared. Geee . . . sooooo sweeet. I don't care if they love each other, like lovers, or like friends or like whatever, but it's obvious that they do LOVE each other.

Jensen is such a funny guy... I think what I liked the best, though, is Jared's face when he put that watch on that woman's arm. He's such a sweetheart! You can really tell how touched he is at that moment. And, how sweet is Jensen watching that little interchange the entire time. Aw, boys!

They are so sweet together... I'm always struck by the way Jensen looks at Jared. There's such affection there! Lucky boys really do care so much about each other. I haven't watched much of the con vids or seen many pics but the things I have seen sort of just reiterate everything we've said about them in the past, yeah?

Like I was saying to Shari, the guys looked so much in sync with each other. They seemed to know what the other was going to say/do!

One thing made me a bit sad though. Jared was saying that he missed his family and friends doing Supernatural ( I think he said the same thing before in an interview somewhere ) and there was Jensen adorably pouting by his side ... :/

OMG! You're right! :D I mean I watched the vid and of course saw it. But just now I really understand it. :D It's like Jensen is so sad because Jared might want to be with his family and friends more than to spend time with him. :D And what did he do besides pouting? He played with the mike. He wanted to stop the talk about Jared with his family and friends, wanted to change the topic and he succeeded! He just cut the talk and when Jared followed him playing with the mike, knowing that he managed to switch Jared's mind, Jensen simply stopped doing it and went to the next question, not caring about the one asking that question. I guess he was a bit annoyed with the person. I can see it from his face. :D

What I love about this auction proceeding is how impromptu it seemed. Besides squeeing at the coolness of Jensen helping out Jared here, I couldn't help but wondering is there any role this man couldn't play (at the drop of a hat)?!

He just let himself go, didn't he? You could see him totally putting himself in that role, and he just went with it. He was ... mesmerising. Haha, I probably would have put up my hand listening to that voice, and the bidding probably would have gone longer if I were there, and ended up much, much poorer at the end of the con :)

[Cynicism On] I gotta be honest with you: I try not to be judgmental, but I felt a bit uneasy with the idea of Jared auctioning off a broken watch (for his mom's cause) at a convention full of screaming fans. I have to wonder if Jensen hadn't mentioned the watch wasn't moving, would the fans even know the timepiece they were bidding on doesn't tell time (as is). I'm not suggesting Jared intentionally trying to deceive here, but he could have at least change the battery before he tried to sell it, couldn't he?

Maybe that's why he was close to tears when the watch sold for $3,500. [Cynicism Off]

Sorry to foist my cynical thought on you. If it's any comfort, I'm sure I'm the only one who's having a little problem with Jared here.

Word! Someone who had met him up close once said that even on stage he seemed to be assuming the role of Jensen the actor, that he wasn't really himself.

What that girl said in her con report ( you've probably read it ) -

He's a lovely, beautiful man. And gentle. Sweet and gentle and kind and so, so soft spoken. It's funny but he's so quiet and graceful and gentle. The Jensen you get to talk to is different than actor!Jensen or stage!jensen. Even during the Q&A, Jensen's character comes back out; but in person, one-on-one it's a slightly different guy.

And for the record, before I continue on, Jensen smells like spices and shaving cream and outdoors. heavenly. he's all comfortable and soft and lovely. Jared smells like sunshine and sweat. mmm. and his back is like hard, hot muscle.

Also? Jensen is a lot smaller than I expected. Not height wise, because he's very tall, but he's so slender. He's beautifully built, but he's so much slimmer than he looks on television.
