I was so happy when I found out yesterday that not_refined had come back! Now I just want to roll around in her fics and hug Jensen Inside close, snuggles to Ocala Nights, get re-enchanted all over again by Still Life and I want to take a stroll with baby Alexander in the Melon Strolling verse!

I was having a very similar conversation with someone else. Fanfic is my place to get all those things I can't get from a regular novel. I'll happily read het books but I don't want it in my fanfic. Same thing sort of goes for the sex. I don't read full on sex in novels, I come to fanfic for that.

Add that to my need for a happy ending and I sure do restrict myself!

I don't know her and she's not on my flist so i had no idea why she decided to leave LJ-land but she's a good writers so i'm happy she changed her mind.
