Haven't seen the result show yet but I'd be very upset if Haley got voted off. I got goosebumps all over, listening to her second song. That song got me the way Adam Lambert's Mad World did, and the way David Cook did with all of his performances.

And Haley's not even my Top Three. Heck, she wasn't even my Top Five. But now I want her to be in the finals and I want her to sing that song again. Go Haley!

Sherlock will be on tonight on AXN Beyond. I'm looking forward to watching it, him, in all its, his, high-def glory. The episodes that I downloaded were in HD too, but it'll be even shinier and prettier watching it direct on TV. Oh Benedict ...

Speaking of Benedict, there's a nice article on him here. And also, Frankestein on DVD may become a reality after all *hopes-prays-wishes*

You're going to love Sherlock as he's adorable in it!

But then so is Martin Freeman - spoiled for choice!

Heheh, I'm not "going to" love him because I'm already in love with him, big time! As the fans say it, I've been err, Cumberbitched lol.

I must have watched the episodes, all three of them, at least half a dozen times already.

Sherlock : I'm in shock. Look! I have this blanket!

LOLOL.

Yup, I've got it baaaaaad, Arabia ;DDD

I know who went home... but I won't say anything. *g*

I kinda like Haley... but only if I close my eyes! Not that she's ugly--she's cute as a button--but she has an annoying habit of smiling when the lyrics are full of angst, and that completely throws me off. Lauren's just as bad (she's just soooo young). They've both got awesome pipes, but their stagemanship (is that a word??) needs a little work still. Understandably, since they're both young and inexperienced, but I'd hoped both of them would have made some better progress in that by now. Can't help wondering if Simon had been critiquing they might have gotten some help in that area. The judging has been... sweet, but not really helpful.

She was kind of under the radar for me before. I agree with you about her smiling habit, and you know, she was too quirky for my taste, but she really, really wowed me with her last performance. I thought Sheryl Crow herself was pretty impressed when she talked about Haley!

I miss Simon. I was laughing at what Jimmy Kimmel had been saying about the judges - Steven and his "Creepy Leer Of The Week" was particularly hilarious lol.

The hairs on the back of my head all stood up when Haley was singing the House Of the Rising Sun. And I got goosebumps all over as well. I agree with you, she was never my favorite but I honestly believe that performance was my favorite of this season so far :D

Haley's performance reminded me of Kris Allen's Ain't No Sunshine. I wasn't even aware of Kris before he sang that song but I ended up rooting for him after that, along with Lambert.

The intro especially slayed me :))

You're welcome! And it's so very true, isn't it, his is not the generic "movie star" face, nor his body is the typical hunky type. But oh, his acting and his voice and those intense eyes and the maginificent cheekbones!! I can't wait for his two upcoming movies!

Oh I really, really hope that the rumours will come true!!! After all, they *had* broadcast it in cinemas!

I decided to check out this benedict cumberbatch guy on youtube and discovered that I've seen him before. He played Hugh Laurie's son in a movie once... can't remember the name of it - Forty something, maybe?

Yes, Fortysomething. I've only seen the first episode so far and oh my, he looked so young there. It's a little like watching Jensen in say, DOOL. And Hugh Laurie was absolutely hilarious!

Hon, you haven't seen BBC!Sherlock yet? Check out this post (http://layne67.livejournal.com/767857.html), for Sherlock and all the rest.
