While everyone else is already squeeing ( or ranting, as the case may be ) over the finale, I've only just watched 7x21. I like loopy!Cas. He could be a nice prelude to stoned!Cas from the End!verse. And thank you Ben Edlund for some very nice shots of Dean and Cas together!

I don't get why Meg needed to babysit Cas at the asylum. I guess I could go rewatch the earlier episodes and find out but if someone could just please tell me ( without any finale-spoiler that is )?

But why would she want to do that? She has a vested interest in Cas's well-being? I presume there's something she wants Cas to do for her. Aargh, I miss Nicky Aycox. Meg #2 is not as scary-good the way Meg#1 was.

Lol, these demons ... their number 2 vessels didn't live up to their first ones! I like Alastair #2 better though. He was so much creepier than the first one.

It's hard to tell from the above-cut reactions to the finale on my flist. Some seemed to really love it, some seemed to be pissed off, some seemed indifferent but they did post a reaction so they can't be as inddiferent as they made out to be. I'll find out soon enough!

Meg wants Cas on her side against Crowley, like she said in 7.17, she needs "friends", and she doesn't have any. So she watched over him in the hospital, protecting him cause she needs his help, waiting for him to wake up.

I haven't posted anything about it (yet), but I didn't like the finale.

I wouldn't mind Castiel teaming up with Meg, IF IT WAS NICKI AYCOX'S MEG. This Meg? I just want Cas to smite her.

I haven't seen the finale yet but I guess the days of finales of seasons 1-3 quality are over :/

The original Meg was a much better actress.

The problem with the finale is that there were no brother moments (there was one scene, but it got cut). Too much focus on the guest stars and on "plot". The earlier finales were a million times better.
