Four months away. That's doable. But I'm totally dreading what I know is coming in season 3. Unless they totally change the story of course. NOT reading the spoilers *sits on hands*

I've been googling up everything Malukah ( and it's all xwacky's fault ). So haunting, her voice, and now I just can't get it out of my head. Listen to her singing a cover of Rains of Castamere and tell me that her voice is not beautiful. I just wish there's more of her songs out there!

And also, I found this! A GoT nod from The Simpsons, this is absolutely hilarious.

Can't wait for the Benedict Cumberbatch episode. Or has that been aired already? I don't really follow The Simpsons, just watched a few episodes here and there.

And THIS!!! Please, please let him get that part!!

Nah, I don't think they'd change that. And I've read a few ( just a few! ) in which Richard Madden talked about the Red Wedding, though he didn't say anything about the outcome.

Heh, if I had *my* say, Jon and Robb would be reunited and Jon would be the Hephaestion to Robb's Alexander. And I'm still waiting for someone to write *that* epic AU!

Yeah, they've already filmed, or at least filmed some of, the Red Wedding. I doubt they'd change things that much.

That would be a very interesting AU! I wonder why no one's tackled it yet?

Only a few more months to go! I'm guessing the DVD set will be available in about February, maybe January, but Amazon still doesn't have a release date.

Sorry to butt in but I saw you mention Skyrim -- it's a really awesome RPG game. Last year, the Elder's Scroll came out on XBox and my son is a HUGE fan.

Skyrim, like some many RPG games, is of fantasy genre, and it's has a really involved mythology -- dragons! King slayer! *hehe*

Also my son told me something I thought it was cool: according to him, in the Skyrim fandom, some are claiming the name of Skyrim is a word play on "Middle Earth" but in reverse -- the opposite of middle is rim, and the opposite of Earth is sky, put them together backward you get Skyrim!

I saw the same promo pic and thought OMG! so long to go. But I'm super excited that we actually have an exact date to look forward to. Of course I know I would be heartbroken for what's to come, yet the show is full of characters I love and enjoy, so I can't wait for the adventure to begin!
