Of heroes and a brother ( sister? ) that comes back from the dead.

Last night's episode of 'Heroes' was quite exciting. Though I still pretty much didn't get what's it's all about yet. Nope, not even after 15 episodes. But I watch it faithfully, week after week. Mainly because of this man.



Funny. Because I don't usually go for Indian men. Never has a thing for any of the Bollywood actors either, no matter how pretty. But there's something about Mohinder that makes me feel ... uhm, hot and bothered? Maybe it was that brooding quality, that quiet determination ( think Aragorn and Sam Winchester ).



Missed Tuesday's episode of 'Ugly Betty' though. And I was so looking forward to watching it too after that sizzling cliffhanger from last week. Who would have thought that the lady with the veil was actually Daniel's supposedly dead brother, Alex? You could have knocked me down with the proverbial feather when "Alexis" made "her" appearance.

Can anyone please, please tell me what happened in the episode after that?

I can't get into Heroes. I tried the first couple of episodes and didn't really care for it, and now I'm so far behind I'd never catch up.

Alexis is trying to take over the company, and she's really angry with her father because of his cheating on her and Daniel's mother. I wish I could remember how that episode goes, but it's been a while since I saw it, and a lot of things have happened since then. Alexis is a fascinating character.

I don't get the plot despite watching it every week. It has something to do with New York going to be blown up, probably by one of the "heroes" themselves. Guh, I see Mohinder and I forget everything else!

But it's good to see Stokely there as the FBI agent. And Nurse Harper in 'Ugly Betty'!

I haven't seen Alexis in action yet except for that cliffhanger bit when they revealed the veiled lady.

hee. My roomie calls him "brownlando" which is short for "the only reason you watch this show is cuz the brown guy looks like Orlando Bloom". ahahahah. I quite enjoy him the show.

No, I didn't know that! Is it the kind of show a person can start watching in the middle of the season or should I wait for the DVD and try watching from the beginning?

Get the dvd. Clea wasn't one of the "heroes" with superpowers so she didn't appear in every episode esp of late. She appeared a lot in the earlier episodes, maybe until around ep 12 or so. I kept imagining her as Stokely! It's not far-fetched to imagine her going to the Police Academy or FBI after high school :)

Oh that would be good! Mohinder is this scientist who knows what's happening to the people with these strange powers while Clea's the officer in charge of investigating murders done by some of the evil "heroes".
