Should I or shouldn't I go watch The Exorcism of Emily Rose? I'm not much into horror flicks. They scare me. The last one that I saw was The Exorcist and visions of Linda Blair turning her head 360 degrees still haunt me until today. And when she spoke in that other voice? And when she spewed out that vomit?

I've been giving all those Korean's The Ring, The Cello or whatever films that have posters showing young girls with uprolling eyeballs or bloodshot-eyes a definite miss. But I really want to watch Emily Rose. It sounds different and intriguing. But would it haunt me the way The Exorcist did and still does?

Should I watch it?

Anybody?

btw, hubby said he's NOT going to go watch it so I'll have to watch it alone.

What if I'm the only person in the theatre?

There are some very disturbing and horrific images in Emily Rose, although I suppose some people would find the ending of it comforting in a way. I did not. I think if you go to see it, you should take a friend. I found it as scary as "The Exorcist", but not nearly as frightning as "The Grudge." Still, my daughter and I both had nightmares after seeing it, so it may leave you with some lasting effects if you go see it. I hope this is helpful to you.

oh dear oh dear that's bad. that's very bad.

I've seen some of the images on the TV trailers and they do look disturbing.

I think I might wait for the dvd after all. That way I can press the mute button anytime I want.

Thanks Julia!
