Why was Sam so mad after that phone-call from Dean, I mean, now that we know that he wasn't under the influence of the siren? And it wasn't just your usual run-of-the-mill annoyance, he was practically in rage there that it freaked me out a little.

Was it because Dean decided to hunt for the siren alone, that he wanted Sam to sit that one out?

Or was it Sam's "inner demon" coming out, a hint of things to come? *shivers*

Or was it just the writers simply wanting to continue misleading us that Sam was under the influence of the siren?

And another thing, am I the only who think Sam would be immune and not be affected by the siren's bodily fluid ( or whatever it was )?

Yes, I guess that's it, Sam's only immune to demonic entities. And it would have made the story even more complicated if he was immune to the siren!

Angry!Sam is SCARY!!

I think that is probably the best explanation for it, actually. The story couldn't really have worked if he was immune.

Angry Sam is very scary. I wonder if we are going to see a lot more of this Sam in the coming episodes...
