Dean has a crush on Patrick Dempsey! And that guy on the stretcher kissing the doctor was supposed to be JDM, wasn't he? And the CSI:Miami thing with the glasses and all. I laughed out the loudest there, because it always strike me as funny the way Horatio did it.

And also, go read Don't Sit Under the Apple Tree by bellatemple. The story about The Family having their Sunday Dinner with all the bickering between The Brothers. Hilarious! And yeah, it's a coda to 5.08

Oh, was Dr. Sexy supposed to be Patrick Dempsey's character? I've never watched GA, so I wasn't sure. All I got was Dean has a crush on certain type of guy: tall, dark long hair, and smart. ;-)

Also, wasn't Jensen in a telemovie with Dempsey in the past?

Even though I've never watched GA, but from everything I've heard about JDM, I understand he played a ghost in GA. So that has to be him. What I'm not sure of is if JDM's turn in GA happened before or after his turn in SPN.

Personally, I couldn't stand Caruso. So I'm so happy they took a swipe at his portrayal of Horatio.

Yes, I think so, yes. Though I initially thought Dr Sexy was meant to be House when that lady publisher mentioned it in 'Mosnter at the End of the Book'. And yes, Jensen was in 'Blonde' with Patrick Dempsey and in the clip I saw it looked like they were having a very cosy threesome with the character Marilyn Monroe. You've seen that famous clip, haven't you? Jensen danced wearing a kimono in it, and I was like, omg, they were NOT going to make Dean repeat that dance, weren't they? Because the one in Blonde made me cringe like anything.

Dean was ADORABLE with Dr Sexy!!!!

I didn't watch GA either but I did manage to catch the episode with JDM in it. I think he guest-starred in it while still with SPN, maybe around season 2. I think. I'm not very sure though.

And I'm so glad that it was Harotio that they they took a dig at, and not Mac. I love my Mac. Though come to think of it, maybe Sam did Horatio and Dean did Mac?
