I love wedding!fics. Always have. But you know, it being a wedding between two men, it takes really amazing, incredible writing for me not to cringe when reading them, as much as I love that type of fics.

Oh no, no worries. That's not a wedding!fic that ends with a death. House did NOT do an Amber!

Awesome! I just encountered so many bad!fics in this fandom that I'm now wary to approach anything that even smells like a bad!fic XD

Ack!! Deelaundry, she's the Queen of the House/Wilson fics IMO, she can't do badfics even if she tried!

But seriously? There're badfics in the House fandom? ( I only read Deelaundry's so I wouln't know )

Yeah, there are. Not as many as in the NCIS fandom *shudders* but there are. Mostly written by people who really love h/c and they just simply... overdo it in their fics.

Why does a wedding between two men make you cringe when sex between two men, or two men living together, doesn't?

Oh no, not the wedding itself, just the writing. I adore wedding!fics, and it's the one type of fic I'd always click on and read to the end, no matter who the writer, but unfortunately quite a number of them are badfics. And when they're weddings usually there'd be the proposing, the rings, the preparations and so on, and eh, I don't quite know how to explain it, what is romantic between a man and woman sounds corny berween two men IF done badly. But oh, when they're done well, I could read them over and over again!! Am I making sense?
