layne67I've got the book and now I've got the dvd. What I don't have is the time :-(
To anyone who have both read the book and seen the movie, which one should I do first? I usually prefer reading the book first but from what I understand the movie doesn't follow the book much. Like The Da Vinci Code. Apparrently the movie is not so enjoyable if you've already read the book.

Date: 2006-07-05 03:16 am (UTC)Heh, after The Silmarillion, ( which I still haven't finished yet ) I feel that I can take on any book :-)
Hmm, the book is not that thick and anyway I cant get to the TV nowadays with the World Cup still on ( sorry about England hon ) so I guess I'll probably read the book first.
